1. Lead 2 5 concurrent enterprise application, integration, and technology implementation projects.
2. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
3. Manage project scope, stakeholder expectations, and delivery within time and cost constraints.
4. Oversee enterprise application rollouts, system integrations, platform migrations, and workflow automation.

6. Operate in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments, ensuring adherence to PMO standards.

10. Mentor junior PMO team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
