o5-8 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

oMaster's degree.
oProcurement certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM).
Qualifications & Skills
oStrong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations (specifically GDPR).
oExcellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
oExperience with procurement software (e.g., Ariba, Coupa).
oExperience with ITIL framework.
oKnowledge of cloud-based procurement platforms.
