Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer

Remote Role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain UI components for enterprise applications such as State Portals, Eligibility Web Services, and Call Center Interfaces.
  • Build scalable, testable, and maintainable front-end architectures using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
  • Implement modern UI features such as SPA (Single Page Applications), responsive design, caching strategies, and accessibility compliance (ADA).
  • Collaborate in Agile sprints with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, solution design, code reviews, and deployment.
  • Optimize application performance through advanced troubleshooting, configuration tuning, and scalability best practices.
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation and participate in design/code walkthroughs.
  • Provide front-end production support including defect triaging, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) initiatives and cloud-readiness evaluations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in front-end/UI development using Angular and JavaScript frameworks in enterprise environments.
  • Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, TypeScript, AJAX, JSON, XML, ES6, and related UI toolkits.
  • Proven experience implementing authentication/authorization, caching, and responsive UIs for client-facing applications.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and front-end performance optimization.
  • Experience building SPAs and modular/testable components for large-scale web applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop ADA-compliant applications (accessibility standards).
  • Familiarity with Agile development, version control, and modern software development best practices.
  • Proficient in test-driven development using tools like Karma, Jasmine, and Selenium.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Spring Boot Java applications.
  • Exposure to IBM WebSphere Application Server (v8+).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices in cloud environments.
  • Development experience for mobile and tablet platforms.
  • Prior experience on state or government projects is a plus.
