job summary:

The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Operations Technology & Data Team is driving a high-impact HRIS initiative focused on SAP SuccessFactors and integrated ATS/CRM systems. This role will be essential in supporting the launch, stabilization, and ongoing enhancement of these critical talent acquisition platforms.

responsibilities:

Lead efforts for system cutover and hyper care, ensuring the stability and performance of the new platform.


Execute hands-on configuration management, including updating picklists, field management, and security permissions.


Perform comprehensive system testing, defect tracking, and resolution across the integrated HR systems.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.


Create and maintain clear and detailed process documentation and update communication templates.




qualifications:

Proven, hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar major HCM platform (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM) with a focus on system configuration and testing.


Strong skills in system testing, defect tracking, and resolution in an integrated technology environment.


Demonstrated expertise in TA/HR system configuration management, including picklist updates, role-based permission design, and communication template setup.


Ability to work effectively independently and with cross-functional teams in a remote setting during US core business hours.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Experience supporting system cutover, hyper care, and stabilization phases of major HRIS implementations.


Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems and their integration points with an HCM platform.


Experience with internal and external career site design and user experience (UX) optimization.
