Job Details

We are looking for a skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our client's quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based test automation, modern testing frameworks, and emerging AI-powered testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Java and modern automation frameworks
  • Implement web automation solutions using Playwright and Selenium
  • Leverage GenAI tools to enhance test automation processes, including automated test case generation and script optimization
  • Develop and execute comprehensive API testing strategies and automation frameworks
  • Collaborate with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java programming with hands-on automation experience
  • Expertise with Playwright and Selenium for web application testing
  • Experience integrating GenAI tools for test automation enhancement (test case generation, script creation, test data generation)
  • Proven experience in REST API testing and automation
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Proficiency with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG)
  • Knowledge of Page Object Model and test design patterns
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • SQL

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze, debug, and resolve test failures and application issues
  • Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
  • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing abilities
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
