Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain product configurators using Epicor CPQ s Snap rules engine, including logic for pricing, product options, and manufacturing constraints
Build and optimize 2D/3D visualizations to support engineering accuracy and improve user experience
Automate quote generation, BOM creation, and CAD outputs based on user configurations
Integrate Epicor CPQ with Epicor Kinetic, ECx Manager, and CAD tools such as SolidWorks
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions
Provide technical support and training to internal users, including sales and engineering teams
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring system reliability and performance
Maintain detailed documentation of Snap rules, workflows, and integrations continuously improve configurator performance and usability based on user feedback and analytics
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience working with CPQ platforms, with a strong focus on Epicor CPQ (KBMax) or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ).
Proficiency in Snap rule logic and low-code/no-code development environments
Experience with CAD automation and integration (SolidWorks preferred)
Strong understanding of ETO/CTO manufacturing environments
Experience integrating CPQ with ERP systems (preferably Epicor Kinetic) and web portals
Ability to use toolsets (BAQ, BPM, SSRS, Application Studio) for the creation of custom Forms, Dashboards, and reports.
Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system architecture
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and manufacturing workflows for complex products.
Experience with SolidWorks/AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, or cloud-based software administration.
Experience in Automation Studio is a big plus.
Experience in Implementing business processes through analysis
