Job Details

We are seeking an experienced L3 Production Support Engineer to join our dynamic Trading Systems Support team. The role involves providing high-level application and infrastructure support for critical trading platforms in a fast-paced, high-availability financial environment.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide L3 support for real-time trading applications and related systems.




  • Proactively monitor application performance and health using ITRS Geneos and other tools.




  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the trading stack (front to back).




  • Work closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Level 1/2 support teams for issue resolution and root cause analysis.




  • Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and ad hoc reporting.




  • Write and optimize SQL queries for investigation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.




  • Participate in incident management, post-mortem analysis, and process improvement initiatives.




  • Coordinate and support change management, deployments, and release cycles.




  • Ensure system uptime, stability, and performance in accordance with SLAs.
