Job Details

Job Title:  Database Administrator

Job Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid work model - 2days onsite)

Duration:  6+ Months contract (upto 30 hours / week)

Payrange : $55- $60/hr

Job Description:

Required Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Database Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience administering production relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
  • Experience performing backup restoration, disaster recovery, query optimization, and performance tuning in a production environment.
  • Experience monitoring database health and diagnosing system failures or bottlenecks. Ability to write, review, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions. Experience supporting applications in an O&M environment.
  • It is preferred that the person has experience with client's eligibility platforms.
