Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience.
Preferred recent experience in telecom projects.
Manage end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure technical feasibility.
Identify and mitigate risks while managing project timelines and budgets.
Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations effectively.
Project experience required including project management experience in SFDC Program Management.
Expertise in Project Management (includes issue/risk/escalation management, quality assurance, stakeholder management).
Must have Salesforce knowledge on Configuration, Customization & Integration experience in SFDC Service Cloud.
Experience with delivering programs using various project management styles but with recent experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
