Job Title: PeopleSoft Consultant Time & Labor Module
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Consultant with strong expertise in the Time & Labor module. The role requires a combination of technical development and functional knowledge, with the ability to design, configure, and implement solutions while clearly explaining technical concepts in business terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support PeopleSoft Time & Labor solutions.
Perform technical development (70%) including PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), Integration Broker, SQL, and SQR.
Provide functional support (30%) by configuring and managing Time & Labor rules such as Time Reporting Codes (TRCs), TRC Programs, Workgroups, Timesheets, Time Reporter data, and Earliest Change Date processing.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze needs, and provide guidance to ensure solutions align with business operations.
Prepare technical designs, document functional processes, and deliver knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Consultant specializing in the Time & Labor module.
Strong technical skills with PeopleSoft tools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, AWE, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR).
Functional expertise in Time & Labor configuration and rules development.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business language.
