Job Title: IVR Architect

Job Description:
- Define and drive the solution architecture for migrating IVRVXML applications to cloudnative conversational AI platforms eg Dynamics 365 Contact Center Google Dialogflow CX Koreai Amazon Lex
- Design and implement reusable IVR components eg authentication error handling prompt management to streamline development and ensure consistency across voice applications
- Develop and maintain a modular IVR component library to support scalable and maintainable conversational flows
- Lead architecture design sessions and create high level and detailed architecture diagrams
- Establish governance for development deployment and monitoring of conversational AI solutions
- Guide development teams on best practices for scalability performance and security
