AI Strategy & Implementation

• Analyze and map daily processes in each department.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to automate, enhance, or streamline tasks.
• Recommend and implement AI tools or models (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, Robotic Process Automation - RPA).

Department Collaboration

• Collaborate directly with organizational leadership and department heads to understand operational goals and pain points.
• Act as a liaison between technical AI developers (if external vendors are involved) and internal teams.

Project Management

• Manage AI-related projects from inception through deployment.
• Create project roadmaps, timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Ensure AI tools are integrated smoothly into existing workflows without disruption.

Process Improvement Areas Include:

• Content creation and management automation.
• Knowledge base and assessment item generation.
• Data consolidation and cleansing from multiple sources.
• Automating scheduling and reminders for various organizational activities.
• Resource optimization using predictive models.
• Enhancing efficiency in various administrative and operational processes.
• Improving customer relationship management and lead qualification.
• Streamlining marketing content creation, targeting, and analytics.

Training & Support

• Train staff on AI-enhanced tools and workflows.
• Develop documentation and training materials for new processes.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of AI solutions and iterate as needed.

• Proven experience in AI project management, digital transformation, or process automation.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and tools (e.g., large language models, automation platforms, RPA solutions).
• Experience working cross-functionally with various operational teams, including but not limited to content, sales, marketing, and core operations.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Experience in change management and team enablement.
• Familiarity with business processes across multiple industries is a plus.
