Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

Remote Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to implement, configure, support, and optimize PeopleSoft Human Capital Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable HCM processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support PeopleSoft HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management)
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft solutions
  • Configure business processes, tables, rules, and workflows
  • Provide functional and/or technical support for HCM production issues
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management
  • Develop and execute unit testing, UAT, and regression testing
  • Create and maintain functional specifications and system documentation
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and regulatory updates
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations
  • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM
  • Strong functional knowledge of HCM modules
  • Experience with PeopleSoft configuration and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of HR and payroll business processes
  • Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x
  • Knowledge of PeopleTools
  • Experience with PeopleSoft integrations (IB, SQR, App Engine)
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance and payroll taxation
  • PeopleSoft or HRIS certifications
