Build robust in-house ML models for recommendations and enable training, tuning and serving those ML models in a scalable way. This initiative is to migrate and enhance using relevant technology stack in AWS Sagemaker. The objective of this initiative is to develop right capabilities required for AI / ML pipelines to be migrated to sageMaker from existing legacy stack in databricks and help the current squad migrate faster and maintain ML models in north star sagemaker architecture.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer science, Software engineering or other similar OR combination of relevant education, experience and training.
Advanced degrees a plus (PhD, Masters, etc)
5 or more years of experience with hands on coding
Very strong programming skills Experience in Data Science languages like python, Spark, Scala, etc.
Basic Knowledge of AI/ML techniques, ie, neural networks, tree ensembles, regressions, etc.
Proven experience with feature engineering
Experience with databases, processing and storage frameworks
Experience with various hyperparameter tuning approaches and various cloud technologies
