Position Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation using connected tools & mobile apps for product verification and data collection
- Embrace a collaborative culture of rapid change to improve Operational efficiencies
- Identify and implement new use cases to enable continuous processes improvements
- Apply system engineering techniques to define, develop, deploy and institutionalize mobile apps
- Analyze engineering documentation to determine process capability and conformance
- Perform data analysis of defect trends and present findings and recommendations
- Lead projects to identify root cause and eliminate defects and rework
- Execute quality build plan changes
- Recommend corrective actions to address non-conformances
- Perform engineering change review and verification
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering and/or a Technical discipline
- 2+ years experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or another regulated industry
- 2+ years experience applying Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) or other similar rigorous problem/analysis/resolution processes
- 2+ years experience collecting, organizing and analyzing data, summarizing findings, and developing conclusions
- 2+ years experience managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders and teammates
- ABET accredited engineering degree
- Experience working in a Quality Engineering or other production engineering job role
- Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
- Experience with analytics tools & software
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with an emphasis on positive relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
