Service Delivery & Project Execution:
- Lead Hands-On Delivery: Directly run and coordinate IT projects that fall outside the Enterprise PMO's budgetary threshold, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish. This is a hands-on role; the manager will not delegate project management tasks to other teams.

- Tracking & Reporting: Define, manage, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for IT services and projects, regularly communicating progress and status to stakeholders.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the service delivery budget, ensuring all projects and services are delivered within financial constraints.
- Technical PM Support: Attend necessary project meetings, collect/analyze project information, create status reports, and support IT technical staff (e.g., those supporting Entra/Identity) with smaller project initiatives.
Governance & Compliance:
- Process Oversight: Ensure end-to-end service delivery operations are executed efficiently, focusing on continual process improvement based on ITIL/ITSM principles.
- Risk & Regulatory Support: Leverage understanding of financial industry regulations (FFIEC, SOX, PCI, NIST, ISO) to guide service delivery and documentation.
- Incident Escalation: Serve as an escalation point for service-related problems, working to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Planning & Prioritization: Assist with the planning of future initiatives and input into the bank's annual budget and prioritization process.

- Working knowledge of financial industry regulations (FFIEC, SOX, PCI, NIST, ISO).
- Proficiency with ITSM and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience tracking KPIs, SLAs, and managing project budgets/financials.
- Ability to set expectations and possess a strong technical voice.
- Experience with project tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
