**Position Overview:**
Our Space and Defense Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in East Aurora, New York. As a key member of the WNY Defense Electrical Group, you will play a pivotal role in designing cutting-edge electrical systems for defense applications.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience OR Master of Science Degree in Engineering with 8+ years experience in electrical design
- Proficient in PCB design, circuit analysis, and testing
- Specialization in power electronics

**Responsibilities:**
- Design, analyze, and test complex control systems for defense applications
- Develop electrohydraulic, electromechanical, and electropneumatic hardware control systems
- Provide leadership within a team environment
- Collaborate with customers and sales personnel on new product development
- Prepare proposal designs and cost estimates
- Validate solutions through trade studies and analyses
- Document designs, analyses, and test results

**Skills and Certifications (Required):**
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in electrical design
- Proficiency in PCB design, circuit analysis, and testing

**Compensation:**
- Base Salary: USD $106,000 to $190,000
