Job Summary:
Seeking a highly accomplished Senior Technical Program Manager with over 10 years of experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives with a strong focus on AI/ML integration, infrastructure development, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate excels in managing cross-functional programs from inception to execution, driving innovation, efficiency, and business transformation in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver strategic enterprise programs leveraging AI/ML technologies to automate business operations, improve data accuracy, and enhance compliance across financial systems.
Manage large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating over 300+ server environments, while integrating cutting-edge AI platforms to support contract lifecycle and regulatory transformation programs.
Drive program execution by collaborating with engineering, compliance, legal, operations, and vendor partners, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory frameworks (e.g., LIBOR transition).
Spearhead contract lifecycle management initiatives by implementing enterprise-level platforms, negotiating vendor agreements, and delivering results within tight timelines.
Define, maintain, and communicate program roadmaps aligned with business priorities and evolving regulatory demands; serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and technical teams.
Lead AI/ML initiatives using techniques such as image processing and object detection to automate document analysis and extract insights from millions of enterprise contracts.
Manage Agile and Waterfall projects across banking and financial domains, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and compliance mandates.
Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to design dashboards and performance metrics for executive leadership, enabling real-time decision-making through data-driven insights.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in technical program management, including team leadership and strategic planning roles in enterprise banking or fintech environments.
Demonstrated success delivering AI/ML-based automation projects, regulatory compliance initiatives, and scalable infrastructure solutions.
Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management systems, regulatory reporting, and document intelligence platforms.
Technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C++, UNIX, VBA, PERL, with hands-on experience in data analysis and BI/reporting tools.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and lead diverse teams through ambiguity and changing priorities.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering business value through technology.
Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies in technical project delivery.
