Job Details

HR Assistant

  • Position is on-site.
  • Full-Time, day shift, 8:00am 4:30pm (flexible on schedule).
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations, if needed.

Responsible for:

  • Reviewing employee personnel files and resumes.
  • Verify work history and license verification.
  • Compare documented RN experience against license issue date.
  • Identify and flag discrepancies or gaps in required experience for further review.
  • Collaborate with HR Leadership to support internal audits and compliance checks.

Experience/Training/Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years HR experience in maintaining personnel records and recruitment.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to set priorities and appropriately organize workload and complete assignments in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates ability to relate to personnel, as well as ability to interact well with the public.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Must have knowledge of PC and applications.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • Basic Math skills.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
  • Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Must have the ability to use good judgment and critical thinking skills in all situations.
  • must have the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
