We are seeking candidates who possess experience with Installation Project Management and working with clients in the telecom industry regarding their commercial projects. The position is remote but must be worked in the central time zone. This role is W2 hourly with Roth Staffing (Ledget is a division of Roth) and no 3rd party candidates can be considered.


Position:


Ensure a positive customer experience for clients by managing installations and training customers on the use of services. Acts as the primary point of contact to the customer during the project, offers solutions supporting the Customer's needs. Upon completing an installation project, expresses appreciation to the Customer for their business and verifies that the customer understands how to communicate with the client for ongoing support and/or additional needs.


As a project manager, this position is the point of contact for cross-functional groups involved in delivering new commercial services. Participates as part of a creative team in developing and implementing plans and activities that drive quality installations and customer experience.



Responsibilities



  • Oversees multiple installations for various customers at any given time that are complex in nature and may include a variety of service offers.

  • Coordinate and/or verify orders and deliveries involved in implementation.

  • Function as primary customer liaison during implementations from point of sale through installation. Upon installation provides customer with contact information and methods for all support teams.

  • Maintains a project schedule for all installs via support systems such as Salesforce, Prism, Netcracker, M6, Siebel, HITS, and conducts regular meetings with members of the various departments involved to ensure projects remain on schedule.

  • May be required to write project plans outside of operational support systems, such as Smartsheet, to coordinate multi circuit/multi-site installations. If necessary, modifies the plans and communicates changes to all parties involved.

  • Coordinates the scheduling of all critical dates to the project with both internal resources and external vendors.

  • Ensures all service testing is complete in advance of turn up and when necessary that all troubles of type II facilities are resolved.

  • Uses in-depth knowledge of Company's services and products, handbooks, training guides and product reference files to assist the customer with any questions that may arise through the installation process.


Qualifications



  • Requires an extensive knowledge of all voice, data, Cloud based and Data Center products.

  • Ability to manage any order submitted for installation.

  • Must be able to work cooperatively with other teams to assist in development of workflow to roll out new products, as needed.

  • Must possess the ability to resolve complex problems autonomously.

  • Must know standard keyboard and be able to navigate and apply systems.Must be familiar with and demonstrate an ability to explain various communication services and products, including, but not limited to VoIP, SIP, PRI broadband data services, and data equipment.

  • Must demonstrate an ability to learn and explain communications functions, services and products. Ability to learn, understand and effectively explain the Company's products and services including pricing, feature functionality, and business rules.


Education:



  • Minimum of seven years relevant experience.

  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills.

  • Knowledge of CCI Systems preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required.

  • General Education or Equivalent: degree in business or technical discipline highly preferred.
