Senior Consultant - Financial and IT Modeling

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Washington, DC that is seeking a Senior Consultant responsible for managing a stream of work, including managing client expectations for that stream.

Responsibilities:
* Apply structured problem solving to identify root cause within that value stream and can conduct process mapping to identify critical process steps and non value added activity
* Works with the Project Manager to assure all work streams are coordinated into the final client deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business-related field
* PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
* 8-10 years of experience
* Excellent planning skills using industry planning applications (i.e. Microsoft Project)
* Attention to detail
* Strong facilitation skills
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
* Ability to identify and resolve technical issues where required
* Ability to manage, coordinate and guide a project team
* Strong issue resolution and risk management skills
* Experience with project management methodologies
* Highly skilled at data collection, analysis and presentations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
