Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, code, test, and document new Salesforce programs to meet business requirements.
  • Assist in the development of streamlined processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Organize project teams and oversee their work to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Monitor project timelines, time management, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Establish and lead regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Manage project reports and maintain detailed documentation to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing Salesforce programs and integrations.
  • Create visual models, data flow diagrams, and process maps to illustrate current and proposed workflows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise products and systems to enhance overall system functionality.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, Salesforce Cloud technologies, and ecosystem tools.
  • Hands-on experience in Apex programming, including Apex Triggers and Async Apex processing.
  • Proficiency in SOQL and structured database design.
  • Development experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Screen Flows.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce Standard APIs for system integrations.
  • Experience using VS Code, Bitbucket, or other version control tools.
  • Proficiency in JIRA or other project management and tracking tools.
  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Ability to mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and maintain coding standards.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, or PMP/Agile Certification.
  • Experience leading Salesforce integration and customization projects for enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage onshore/offshore teams.
