Job Summary We are seeking a skilled SAP APMe Consultant to join our SAP Practice team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing solutions, leading technical discussions, and contributing to ERP/CRM practice initiatives. This is a remote position requiring strong communication skills and a deep understanding of SAP Agent Performance Management. Key Responsibilities Develop solutions using SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software. Design and implement commission and incentive plans for external producers. Manage agent, membership, premium, and commission data across various insurance products. Work with modules such as Producer Management, Compensation & Performance, and Agent Connection. Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions, and client presentations. Create technical documents including Functional Design Specifications and deployment documentation. Conduct design reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest improvements. Act as a single point of contact for build and deployment issues. Contribute to practice-related activities such as case studies, internal seminars, and hackathons. Select appropriate technical options for development and optimize application performance. Code, debug, test, and document software components. Validate results with users and commission overall solutions. Influence customer satisfaction through proactive suggestions and timely deliverables. Mentor team members, set goals, and ensure engagement and upskilling. Interface with customers to clarify requirements and present design options. Participate in implementation reviews and collaborate with customer architects. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management software. Expertise in commission calculations and payments. Strong understanding of US health insurance domain (preferred). Experience in functional and technical design on ERP/CRM cloud platforms. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Proficiency in integration using SOAP and REST APIs. Experience with production deployment and resolving deployment issues. Ability to estimate effort, time, and resources for development tasks. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in US health insurance domain. Prior involvement in mentoring and managing technical teams. Education: Bachelors Degree
