About the Role:

Four Steps Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development with deep expertise in React, Redux, and JavaScript/TypeScript. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable front-end applications, integrating modern APIs, and contributing to the overall architecture with a focus on Micro Frontend principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Redux
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Build scalable solutions using Micro Front End architecture
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs seamlessly into frontend applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a range of web-capable devices and browsers
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in front-end development
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with React and Redux
• Solid understanding of Micro Front End architecture and implementation
• Proficiency in integrating and working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to CPQ platforms (e.g., Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, or custom-built solutions)
• Understanding of pricing engines, product configuration logic, or quote lifecycle workflows
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and performance optimization tools
• Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)\
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
