Job Description:
- Strong knowledge of Agent Force architecture, components, and deployment best practices.
- Experience in Linux and Windows- based agent deployment and troubleshooting.
- Design, develop and maintain Agent Force configurations AND WORKFLOWS across cloud or on-perm platforms.
- Implement automation scripts for agent onboarding, updates and performance tuning.
- Troubleshooting agent- related issues related to policy push, data collection and server agent communication.
- Agent Force knowledge with data clous, service cloud, sales cloud.
