Job Summary:
Looking for a highly experienced Business Architect with deep expertise in Guidewire Jutro and core insurance platforms (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning digital experience initiatives with enterprise business goals, helping insurance carriers modernize customer and agent engagement through scalable Jutro-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in insurance, including 5+ years in enterprise/business architecture roles.
- Proven experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
- Strong hands-on exposure to Guidewire Jutro (design system, SDK, experience templates, micro frontends).
- Deep understanding of insurance value chains, including quoting, underwriting, claims processing, and billing workflows.
- Expertise in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, or Zachman.
- Define and maintain business capability models, value streams, and target operating models aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define end-to-end digital user journeys across policy, billing, and claims.
- Identify opportunities to use Jutro front-end capabilities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure Jutro-based UI frameworks are mapped accurately to business requirements.
- Partner with product owners and delivery teams to guide Jutro implementation and integration with Guidewire core services.
- Participate in platform roadmap planning, including front-end modernization, mobile engagement, and self-service capabilities.
- Present architectural artifacts and findings to executive and technology leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of business capabilities, solution blueprints, and integration patterns.
- Define and enforce business architecture guardrails to support scalable and sustainable delivery.
