One of TEKsystems clients is looking for multiple qualified candidates to support their IT department's Network Operations Centerteam.
Workplace Type - This is a Hybrid Position.
Working Hours: The work schedule is as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and rotating Saturday (12pm noon -12am midnight).
Training hours: Please note, First two weeks of training will be onsite 9am-6pm with the Team Lead. After this you will shift
to the regular schedule.
Work Environment: 2 days in office, 2 days remote (Saturday will be remote)
Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a NOC Analyst to work in their 24x7x365 Operations Center. They are open to someone more entry level who has strong technology fundamentals who is willing to learn their tools and environment (primarily SolarWinds, Splunk, ServiceNow, PagerDuty). This team performs diagnosis / triage, manages critical incidents, and maintains key operational tools and processes to ensure overall availability, performance, health, and security of all services offered by the NOC.

You will be working on a team of 2-3 NOC analysts per shift.

Experience working with technology in an enterprise environment with a high flow of ticket traffic is preferred, but as long as someone has worked in fast paced environments in the past they are open to the individual. Manager is really looking for a type A individual that enjoys working with team members and being able to have non work related conversations and get along with everyone.

Ultimately: Ticket routing to HR, network operations and any other team that they can help in a crisis. They support domestic and international markets 24x7x365 (Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, Canada, North America, South America, etc.)
