Job Details

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Collaborate with business, technology, marketing, legal, and compliance partners to build, refine, and evolve the product roadmap. Develop and maintain clear documentation of the scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, and other information as needed to support UX research, design and development. Evaluate business requirements, business rationales, technology architecture assessments, technology estimates of effort/story points, design user journeys, and analytics tagging structures/payloads gathered from multiple sources to ensure consistency and determine cross impacts. Distinguish user requests from underlying user needs. Facilitate the execution of cost/benefit analyses in support of usability decisions. Lead design sessions with key partners to address critical business, as well as operating model and process questions that will serve as input into business requirements. Analyze and synthesize key themes from product analytics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive product planning. Facilitate QA execution in partnership with relevant technology and peer product teams. Drive UAT execution and production validations to ensure that the delivered solution ties back to the requirements. Support the data driven approach to product development based on inputs such as web analytics, call center data, and client feedback. Support escalations and provide subject matter expertise into production issues and incidents resolution. Work closely with peer product groups on major business initiatives requiring complex multi-faceted solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: product management of a client-facing company product, including a website or mobile app; Microsoft Excel to manage datasets and create graphical representations of data; JIRA; data management and analytics using Adobe Analytics or Tableau; Product design using Figma or Invision; managing a product roadmap or strategy; creating presentations to communicate product and business information, data, and strategies to senior management using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Job Location: 450 W 33rd St, New York, NY 10001. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.

Full-Time. Salary: $168,500.00-$200,000.00 per year.
