This firm's Quality and Regulatory Operations team is seeking skilled Technical Writers to assist with a controlled documentation project. The role involves transferring controlled documents into Microsoft Word templates (.dotx) with embedded styles, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and formatting guidelines.

- Transfer and format-controlled documents using MS Word templates (.dotx).
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documentation standards.
- Edit and review documents for clarity and formatting issues.
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to resolve any missing or unclear information.
- Maintain version control and meet project deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Experience in technical writing or documentation formatting.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, including working with templates (.dotx) and embedded styles.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with controlled documentation and regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceutical).
