Required Experience:
Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in web development and production support, with a strong focus on React.js skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency React JS, Java Script, and with other front-end frameworks and libraries.
Experience with monitoring tools, incident management systems, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and offshore partners.
Operational role (production support). Should be good in troubleshooting , problem solving, monitoring. Knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace is preferred.
Knowledge of Azure platform and services
Role and Responsibilities:
Production Support: Provide ongoing support for web applications, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance in a production environment.
Incident Management: Quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Monitoring and Alerts: Set up and maintain monitoring tools and alerts to proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
Offshore Coordination: Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless integration and support across different time zones.
Guiding the offshore team if there are any technical challenges
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, incident resolutions, and system configurations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production support.
Shift Timings : M-F 9-5 CST. Once a month, weekend on call rotation.
