We're seeking a Senior Manager of Business Systems Engineering to lead the development and evolution of our enterprise HR technology platforms. This position plays a pivotal role in advancing our HR systems roadmap, working at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution to ensure scalable, modern, and business-aligned solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with other managers in the department, each supporting different business units while you'll focus on Human Capital Management software. You'll lead a team of approximately 15 individuals, including 2 direct-report managers who each oversee a team of engineers and technical specialists. The team operates in a hybrid onshore/offshore model, and this leader is responsible for ensuring alignment, consistency, and high performance across both segments.
This role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders, including the Director, Senior Director, VP of Technology, and CHRO, to guide the strategic roadmap for HR systems and deliver modern, resilient, and user-friendly technology solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Lead and inspire a team of engineering professionals in the design, development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of HR systems.
- Own and evolve the HR technology roadmap, driving alignment with business strategy and user experience goals.
- Balance strategic leadership (70%) with technical engagement (30%), ensuring architectural soundness, system reliability, and delivery excellence.
- Act as a key technology liaison with non-technical business partners, translating complex system capabilities into actionable business outcomes.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of key HR platforms including:
- SAP HCM (including Payroll)
- SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Time, Performance Management)
- Kronos
- 7+ years of experience in HR systems engineering or enterprise application leadership roles.
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience, including managing managers.
- Deep familiarity with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, Time, Performance), and Kronos.
- Proven success in managing hybrid teams and delivering global HR solutions.
- Experience defining and deploying multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Comfort operating at both executive and technical levels, with the ability to influence strategy and translate business needs into system capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps delivery models and HRIS best practices.
