Title: 5 Year Long-Term Contracts for 1 Mechanical Engineer II
Perm or Contract- Your Choice
Can pay up to 120K
These are contract roles: we can do 1099, CTC or W2 employee with healthcare benefits, dental, optical, 401K, paid vacation and personal time off.
Location: 100% Fully Onsite in Arlington, VA
No Travel allowance and/or Per Diem - MUST BE LOCAL
Must be USA Citizens
Duration: 1-2 Years
Title: Mechanical Engineers: II
Duties and responsibilities may vary and increase according to the level of experience. Responsible for managing and overseeing forensic engineering studies, and design, for new construction, renovations, and improvements to real property facilities, including MEP utility systems, utilizing a professional knowledge of mechanical engineering. And IAW PWS task 5.4.1.
BS degree in Mechanical Engineering OR MS degree in Mechanical Engineering
With BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, minimum of 15 years mechanical engineering experience.
OR
With MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, minimum of 13 years mechanical engineering experience.
A minimum of 15. years of experience in the design/construction of chillers, cooling towers, controls, pumps, fans, air handling equipment, and heat exchangers.
OR
A minimum of 15 years of experience in the operation of chillers, cooling towers, controls, pumps, fans, air handling
equipment, and heat exchangers.
WITH
Experience in working with construction management and process protocols of large buildings or projects greater than 250,000 sf.
AND
Other certification(s)/li censure: Professional Engineer (PE) license
