Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager / PMO Manager to oversee a team of project managers, ensuring successful execution of technical electronics-based new product development projects. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, cost control, and adherence to timelines. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the project team, optimizing processes, and representing project management in customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a team of project managers, including hiring, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career growth.

Mentor and guide project managers in technical decision-making and project execution strategies.

Establish and implement standardized processes, tools, and compliance measures to ensure regulatory adherence and efficient project delivery.

Oversee the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Collaborate with project managers to manage customer expectations and communicate adjustments related to scope, trade-offs, and project changes.

Monitor projects to ensure informed decision-making and successful outcomes.

Advocate for high technical standards and continuous improvement within the project management team.

Requirements

Strong technical expertise in electronics, embedded systems, and software development processes.

Familiarity with electronics-based manufacturing processes, including production test development, process validation, and quality assurance.

Proven ability to lead and manage a team of project managers effectively.

Engineering degree in electronics, systems integration, or manufacturing engineering is preferred.

Certification in Agile Scrum or PMP is highly desirable.

Demonstrated experience in manufacturing and electronics development.
