Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Analyst with strong experience in Nintex and K2 to support the design, development, migration, and maintenance of enterprise-level SharePoint solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business process automation, workflow development, and SharePoint administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows using Nintex and K2.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Requirements gathering for custom forms and workflows to automate business processes.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues and workflows.
- Maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, and procedures.
- Ensure SharePoint solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Train end-users and provide technical support for SharePoint and workflow tools.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with SharePoint (2013/2016/Online).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Nintex Workflow and Forms.
- Experience with K2 Five workflow and Forms development.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and InfoPath.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and content management.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA: Office 365, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
