Job Details

Description: We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Technician to join our team! As the first point of contact for IT-related support, you will provide Tier 1 support for all technical issues. Your responsibilities will include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. This includes handling hardware, software, printing, connectivity, mobile technology, and user setup and authorization. You will work diligently to resolve all requests, incidents, and problems.
A key focus of this role is refreshing PCs as part of our asset lifecycle program. You will play an important role in delivering the best possible end-user computing experience for all employees, contractors, and vendors. Your hands-on duties will include building and imaging PCs and laptops, setting up and maintaining printers, supporting and maintaining peripheral hardware, and managing user accounts. This role is dedicated to addressing recurring issues through consistent ITIL practices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
