Position: Process Consultant/ Business Analyst
Exp: 10+ Years
Location: -Remote
Responsibilities: -
- Process Consultant/ Business Analyst with expertise in Enrolment and Billing domain and RPA exposure
- Align RPA initiatives with enrolment and billing modernization goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify automation opportunities that reduce manual data entry, improve accuracy, and enhance member experience.
- Partner with C-suite and department heads to prioritize high-impact use cases
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather input from billing analysts, enrollment specialists, and IT.
- Facilitate the work needed to translate business needs into SOP's requirements for RPA developers.
- Assist in identifying repetitive, rules-based tasks.
- Evaluate processes for automation feasibility, compliance, and data sensitivity
Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
