Location: Remote/Telecommute, CST
Pay Rate: $48-53/hr W2 (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of pharmacy benefit solutions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all pharmacy-related member issues, supports new and renewing client onboarding, and ensures smooth integration with PBM partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, wears multiple hats, and brings a process-driven mindset to deliver efficient, compliant, and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:

Lead implementation of pharmacy benefit solutions for new and renewing clients, coordinating with technology and account partners.

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and requirements for client onboarding.

Serve as primary contact for pharmacy-related member issues and escalate as needed.

Analyze customer experience, market trends, and utilization data to identify improvement opportunities.

Assist in developing and applying departmental policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on PBM integrations, sales support, and customer escalations.

Provide recommendations for process improvements and workflow optimization.

Prepare and deliver status updates, presentations, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
-
5+ years of project management experience, ideally in clinical, payer, or PBM settings.

5+ years working with integrated delivery networks.

3+ years supporting end-to-end pharmacy implementations.

Strong process-driven operational skills and ability to execute solutions independently.

Technical proficiency with HIPAA-standard data transactions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project).
Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and establish workflows from scratch.

Strong initiative, influence, and change-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to different audiences.

Experience delivering executive-level presentations.

Pharmacy technician license or prior PBM experience is a plus but not required.
