What you will be doing

The CCTV Technical Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of surveillance systems across all Albertsons Companies facilities. This position is responsible for providing round-the-clock technical support, system maintenance, and operational oversight of CCTV infrastructure. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, the analyst helps safeguard company assets and supports business operations through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and strategic system enhancements.

The position will be based in Boise, Idaho.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide maintenance and support for CCTV systems across all Albertsons Companies facilities nationwide 24/7.

  • Collaborate with division personnel, IT Services, Field Services, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations.

  • Manage programming, user groups, licensing, and access permissions within the Avigilon Unity CCTV systems.

  • Oversee service coordination for cameras, monitors, Everseen systems, aging tickets, cart retention systems, pneumatic tube systems, Rx intercoms, Rx drawers, and sensors using Corrigo and SNOW platforms.

  • Assist Asset Protection (AP) and other business units in developing solutions related to CCTV systems, including special projects involving ancillary devices or equipment.

  • Utilize health monitoring systems to proactively identify and address technical issues.

  • Support Risk Management by providing video footage, when available, to assist Sedgewick with claims.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Security Manager.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and web browsers such as Internet Explorer.

  • Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated with a professional attitude and excellent decision-making abilities.

  • Superior communication and active listening skills.

  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Professional appearance with strong public relations skills, representing the company positively.
