We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, setting goals, and guiding a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve and surpass revenue targets. You will identify new business opportunities, foster strong relationships with clients, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, track sales performance, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional strategies. A key part of the role is mentoring and training the sales team, helping them grow their skills and ensuring they stay motivated to reach individual and team objectives. The ideal candidate should have outstanding leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in sales, preferably with leadership responsibilities, is required. Experience in developing sales strategies, closing high-value deals, and working in a fast-paced environment will be highly valued.
