A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Business Execution Consultant in Charlotte NC, Dallas TX, Des Moines IA, Minneapolis MN, Phoenix AZ, New York, Summit NJ, Salt Lake City UT, St Louis MO, San Antonio TX, San Francisco or Concord, CA (Hybrid).

Contract Duration: 9 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Experience in Y14 instructions - especially in Sch H.
  • Hands on experience in setting up Alteryx environment as a data analyst
  • Ability to test and clean up reporting data.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Act as a key data subject matter expert for Financial & Risk Regulatory reporting.
  • Lead the execution and delivery of data transformational and remediation activities working closely with the LOB Product team(s) - Loan Delivery, Loan Accounting, Lending Collateral, and LOB leader(s) across the Lending domain of CB and CIB.
  • Participate in Regulatory Data Product Backlog refinement, prioritization, pre-planning event, working with the product manager and stakeholders to define the architectural approach, capability roadmap, and high-level objectives for the roadmap.
  • Simplify the E2E data supply chain (Produce => Distribute => Use) of Lending data for high priority regulatory reporting (eg: FRY 14Q, FR 2052a), while ensuring no disruption to these high priority commitments during conversion/transformation.
  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding complex companywide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations.
  • Plan and manage strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry knowledge regarding highly complex cross organizational strategic initiatives that significantly influence the company's business.
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
