Job Title: OCM / Training Lead & Trainers Regulated Systems (Veeva Quality Transformation)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Training Lead and supporting Trainers to drive the change, communication, and learning strategy for a large-scale Veeva Quality transformation program.
The OCM/Training team will play a critical role in ensuring business readiness, user adoption, and sustained process excellence across global functions. The ideal candidates will have experience in regulated environments, quality systems transformation, and training design and delivery for digital tools such as Veeva Vault QMS, QualityDocs, and Training.
Key Responsibilities
OCM / Training Lead
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategy to support the global rollout of Veeva Quality applications (QMS, QualityDocs, Training, etc.).
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations to guide OCM planning and decision-making.
- Create and manage communication plans, training strategies, and engagement initiatives to ensure smooth adoption across impacted functions.
- Collaborate with business process SMEs (SQM, QRM, Deviation, CAPA, Change Control) to align process changes with training and communication content.
- Design the training curriculum, approach, and deployment strategy for global and local audiences (e.g., train-the-trainer, role-based learning).
- Oversee development of training materials, such as eLearning modules, user guides, SOP updates, quick reference cards, and job aids.
- Coordinate with program leadership and business leads to ensure training delivery aligns with program timelines and readiness milestones.
- Manage training logistics, LMS integration, and feedback/evaluation processes.
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide post-go-live support to reinforce change sustainability.
Trainers
- Deliver end-user and role-based training for Veeva Quality applications and associated business processes.
- Support train-the-trainer sessions, workshops, and virtual learning sessions.
- Customize training content based on business function, process area, and regional requirements.
- Assist in developing and updating training documentation, learning aids, and user support materials.
- Capture user feedback and communicate adoption challenges or additional training needs to the OCM/Training Lead.
- Provide hypercare training and user support during go-live and stabilization periods.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years (Lead) or 2+ years (Trainer) of experience in organizational change management, training, or communications within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Proven experience supporting regulated system implementations, ideally involving Veeva Vault Quality Suite (QMS, QualityDocs, Training).
- Understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and regulated training compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience developing content in collaboration with business process SMEs and IT project teams.
- Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Veeva Vault Training, or LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, ComplianceWire).
