Program/Project Manager
Need someone with Financial Services (Investor Management and Wealth Management) experience.

Preferred local candidates, Candidate must be willing to go in person interview.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
8 or more years of related experience with managing technical teams using Software development life cycle (Waterfall and Agile), including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
Participates in architecture and technical design discussions, code reviews and technical design/specifications
Should be able to perform independently with minimum support, should be able to support multiple teams at the same time and should be a task master.
Participates in reviewing project quality documentation and technical specifications
Responsible for Communication Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Scope & Schedule Management, Risk Management, Reporting Processes and Tools, Customer Management and Vendor Management
Assesses the impact of software changes and new development on other systems; conducts integration tests to mitigate risks
Builds and fosters excellent both inter and intra team relationships and strengthens delivery model and minimized escalations
Mentors peers and junior team members, and participates in and promotes a knowledge-sharing environment
Ensures that the project teams are fully functional and productive, Mitigates impediments
Proactively recommends, schedules, and performs software improvements and upgrades
Recommends best practices and policies for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting end user access and usage of database applications

Other Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in DWH, understanding of Datawarehouse fundamental design principles for
6+ years of experience in Designing & Implementing Applications using technologies defined by the Enterprise Architecture Team and familiar with various design and architectural patterns
5+ years of demonstrable experience in analyzing and optimizing already deployed applications
5+ years of experience designing and developing objects and components of relational database creating database schema that represent and support business processes
Excellent collaboration/teamwork skills.
