Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect with a strong background in IT strategy, architecture governance, and cross-functional collaboration to lead enterprise-wide architecture initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks in complex environments, with a keen understanding of technology domains, cloud platforms, and regulated industries. This role plays a critical part in aligning technology solutions with business objectives, ensuring architectural integrity, and enabling long-term digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps that support business goals and IT initiatives.
Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with best practices, regulatory compliance, and company policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions (e.g., data, infrastructure, applications, and security) to ensure architectural consistency and scalability.
Evaluate and recommend enterprise architecture tools, methodologies, and frameworks to support project execution and organizational agility.
Provide technical guidance for cloud architecture, ensuring optimal design and alignment with business requirements.
Drive the adoption of TOGAF-aligned methodologies in project execution and long-term planning.
Facilitate change management and release management practices aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted advisor to IT leadership, contributing to strategic planning and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 12 years of IT experience, with at least 7 years in an enterprise architecture role.
Proven expertise in enterprise architecture best practices, frameworks, governance, and design principles.
TOGAF certification is required, with demonstrable hands-on experience.
Strong experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX, iServer, etc.).
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud solution design trade-offs.
Working knowledge of change management and release management practices.
Broad understanding of multiple technology domains, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, data integration, and application development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and foster collaboration across IT and business units.
High level of integrity and commitment to company values, compliance, and ethical standards.
