Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect with a strong background in IT strategy, architecture governance, and cross-functional collaboration to lead enterprise-wide architecture initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks in complex environments, with a keen understanding of technology domains, cloud platforms, and regulated industries. This role plays a critical part in aligning technology solutions with business objectives, ensuring architectural integrity, and enabling long-term digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps that support business goals and IT initiatives.

  • Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with best practices, regulatory compliance, and company policies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions (e.g., data, infrastructure, applications, and security) to ensure architectural consistency and scalability.

  • Evaluate and recommend enterprise architecture tools, methodologies, and frameworks to support project execution and organizational agility.

  • Provide technical guidance for cloud architecture, ensuring optimal design and alignment with business requirements.

  • Drive the adoption of TOGAF-aligned methodologies in project execution and long-term planning.

  • Facilitate change management and release management practices aligned with enterprise architecture principles.

  • Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to IT leadership, contributing to strategic planning and innovation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of IT experience, with at least 7 years in an enterprise architecture role.

  • Proven expertise in enterprise architecture best practices, frameworks, governance, and design principles.

  • TOGAF certification is required, with demonstrable hands-on experience.

  • Strong experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX, iServer, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud solution design trade-offs.

  • Working knowledge of change management and release management practices.

  • Broad understanding of multiple technology domains, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, data integration, and application development.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and foster collaboration across IT and business units.
