Akkodis is seeking an RDM Release Manager for a contract with a client in Plano, TX. will be responsible for managing end-to-end network infrastructure delivery and coordinating release activities across multiple teams to ensure timely and risk-free deployments.
Rate Range: $35/hour to 37/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

RDM Release Manager job responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end release and deployment activities for network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and risk-free delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, implementation, and project teams to align release schedules, resolve conflicts, and track dependencies.
- Oversee change management processes, including CAB coordination, impact analysis, and compliance with ITIL standards.
- Track and report release progress and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Ensure technical readiness and resource alignment for production deployments, including pre- and post-release validation.
- Support audit and compliance efforts by maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to SOX and HIPAA data gathering when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role supporting network projects or programs.
- Proven experience with Change Management and CAB processes, preferably within ITIL frameworks.
- Strong project and release management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage risk in high-paced environments.
