Title: IT Supervisor
Location: Regional Manufacturing Facility

Description:
The IT Supervisor serves as the key liaison between a regional manufacturing facility and the central IT organization. This role leads IT support efforts in coordination with centralized support teams, ensuring seamless operation of technology infrastructure, including user support for hardware, software, networks, and process control applications. The IT Supervisor will oversee a team of IT Field Service Technicians (FSTs) and ensure timely resolution of all IT-related needs at the site.

Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between local facility teams and IT leadership, fostering strong relationships with departments such as Operations, HR, Finance, and Engineering.
Manage IT applications, infrastructure projects, and facility-led upgrades, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Provide technical support and analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to corporate IT standards and policies.
Lead incident response efforts to restore services promptly and implement preventive measures.
Communicate IT updates, initiatives, and system changes to relevant stakeholders.
Mentor and develop onsite IT Field Service Technicians, facilitating training and professional growth.
Oversee IT project planning, budgeting, and system enhancements.
Maintain technical proficiency through continuous learning and professional development.

Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including at least two years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of IT support methodologies, including IT service frameworks and best practices.
Familiarity with networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software systems.
Understanding of operational processes within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Proven analytical and strategic planning skills.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience coaching and mentoring team members.

Desired Skills:
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and security best practices.
Familiarity with process automation and control systems.

Pay range: 100k-103k per year
