Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Messaging in App and Web (Salesforce s new chat platform) and Experience Cloud for customer service portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and LWC components to meet business needs.

  • Automate business processes using Salesforce Flows for scalability and maintainability.

  • Develop and support Salesforce Messaging (In-App & Web) integrated with Service Cloud.

  • Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using Apex REST APIs or ETL tools.

  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices are followed.

  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and CI/CD tools.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Research and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.

  • Expertise in Salesforce Flow (beyond just Apex and LWC).

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Messaging in App and Web.

  • Knowledge of Experience Cloud for building customer service portals.

  • Proficient in Salesforce integrations using Apex REST APIs or ETL tools.

  • Strong debugging skills with LWC components.

  • Ability to review, analyze, and improve code written by others.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months (with potential for extension or conversion)
