Join our team as a Sourcing Manager for Private Label, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sourcing strategies and ensuring the procurement of top-quality products. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for private label healthcare products, optimizing cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency.
- Lead cost modeling and profitability analysis to identify cost reduction and value optimization opportunities.
- Conduct competitive bidding processes to select the best suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers, monitoring their performance to ensure compliance with delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Oversee the lifecycle of private label products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and successful product launches.
- Stay current with industry trends and perform market analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong experience with cost modeling and competitive bidding processes to optimize pricing and supplier selection.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Advanced analytical skills to assess market trends, cost structures, and performance data.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for healthcare products.
- Proficient in sourcing tools, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and quality, able to work independently and collaboratively.
