- Kronos Clock Terminal setup & troubleshooting
- Strong issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and integration support
- Experience with InTouch devices, Business Structure setup, Manager Access requests
- Proficient in Employee Groups, Labor Profiles, Organizational Sets
- Skilled in monitoring interface jobs, hyper-find queries, genies, reports
- Strong client-facing communication
