Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer
Number of Openings: 3
Location: Remote (Must work in PST hours)
Client: Telecommunication domain (PST-based)
Job Type: Contract
Experience Required: 3+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
Pay Range: $60/hr onwards (Negotiable based on experience & engagement type)
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, with a
strong understanding of marketing processes, segmentation, and personalization at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Design and develop custom solutions using SFMC tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio,
Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Mobile Studio.
2.Implement data integrations and custom data views using Marketing Cloud Connect, APIs,
and Data Extensions.
3.Build and manage complex customer journeys and automation workflows.
4.Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) to unify and activate customer data across platforms.
5.Create and optimize SQL queries, AMPscript, and SSJS for dynamic content and segmentation.
6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and CRM stakeholders to
translate business needs into technical solutions.
7.Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
1.3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder,
Automation Studio, Email Studio, etc.)
2.Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) concepts and usage
3.Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and SQL
4.Experience with APIs and integrating SFMC with other platforms
5.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
6.Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
7.Must be available to work in Pacific Time (PST) zone
Preferred Qualifications:
1.SFMC certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Developer)
2.Experience with Einstein tools and Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama)
3.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
