Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical business intelligence analyst/data reporting specialist to support our finance and sales operations teams. This role is responsible for managing databases, generating revenue reports, and maintaining business intelligence tools to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS business models, a strong command of SQL, and familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain organizational databases to ensure data integrity, reliability, and accessibility.
- Generate, analyze, and report on key financial metrics, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Sales Renewable Base (SRB).
- Maintain and enhance business intelligence dashboards, tools, and reporting systems.
- Interpret and synthesize business intelligence and trend data to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide technical support and documentation for reports and dashboards to end-users and internal teams.
- Coordinate testing, validation, and quality assurance for reporting solutions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Liaise with finance stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and align reporting practices accordingly.
- Create and/or review technical design documents to support development and enhancement of reporting solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and its data/reporting capabilities.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, especially ARR metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
